The firm said a study into the problem was standard procedure

Residents on a housing estate near Bodmin have criticised South West Water for taking nearly two weeks to fix a broken sewage main.
People living in Lanhydrock View have had raw sewage flowing past their doors since the beginning of the month.
South West Water said it had been carrying out a study into the problem and that it would start work on Tuesday.
It said it was standard procedure for people to have to wait until these studies had been carried out.
Resident Jenny Blackhall said she had put in a number of calls to the firm, all of which left her feeling frustrated.
She said the problem was first reported to South West Water on 2 July.
'Not pleasant'
She said: "I was away on holiday, but when I came home there was sewage all over the pavement.
"I thought somebody had washed their car until I smelt it."
Neighbour Jim Crouch said he thought something as serious as raw sewage running down the street would be dealt with quickly.
He said: "It's not very pleasant having sewage running past your front door.
"Everyone is concerned.
"I can't understand why such a serious problem wouldn't have required more urgent attention."
