Armed carjackers are being hunted by police after they flagged down a daytripper returning from the south coast before stealing his car and jet-ski.
The man, from London, was driving home from a day out at Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire, when two motorcyclists and a pillion
passenger pointed to his trailer to indicate something was wrong.
As he stopped his car, at Stubbington, near Fareham, one of the bikers jumped into the passenger seat, threatening him with a handgun.
The gunman pushed the driver out of the car before escaping with the Ford
Sierra which was towing the burgundy and beige Seadoo jet-ski in a trailer.

The victim told police: "I was so scared I could not even look at the man holding the gun. I was shocked.
"I think what has happened has not really hit me yet.
"I was really scared when he pointed the gun at me, but it does not seem real yet.
"I did what he asked to because I did not want to argue with someone with a gun."
Police are hunting at least three people in connection with the theft, including a black man wearing a multi-coloured motorcycle jacket and helmet, who spoke with a southern or London accent.
The stolen car was later found abandoned but the jet-ski, registration GTX 4TEC, has not been recovered, police said.
