Workers have rejected the proposed cuts

Workers at a Swansea factory have rejected a move to cut their pay and holidays even though they were told they may lose their jobs.
Staff at the Addis household products plant voted unanimously to refuse to accept a 5% wage reduction and the loss of five days holiday a year.
But union officials are hopeful a compromise can be reached with company mangers who are allowing them access to the firm's accounts so they can see the problem for themselves.
It is understood the German-owned firm has suffered losses of up to £1m in the past six months.
John Toner, regional organiser for the Transport and General Workers Union, met management on Monday morning for what he described as "meaningful" discussions.
He said: "Both the workers and the company are looking for a long-term solution to secure their future.
"They have agreed to give us access to the company accounts so that we can have an accurate picture of the situation.
"This is a progressive move by the company and we will be meeting them again during the week."
A meeting of the workforce has been called for Sunday by which time Mr Toner said he hoped the picture would be clearer.
Addis employs 250 permanent workers and 50 temporary staff at its plant at Landore.
The proposed pay and holiday cuts would have been across the board, affecting managers as well as shop floor workers.
