Man arrested over suspicious death

A man is being questioned by police over the death of a 54-year-old man in Burnley.

James Heaton, was found dead at his home on Montgomery Grove on Sunday.

An ambulance had been called to the house at about 0340 BST.

Lancashire Police say they are treating the death as suspicious.

A 31-year-old man was due to be questioned by officers at Burnley police station on Monday.
