Man knifed to death

Police cordoned off an address for examinations

A man is believed to have been stabbed to death.

Police say the 42-year-old man died following a disturbance at a house in New Parks late on Saturday.

A 16-year-old needed hospital treatment after the incident.

A man, 21, was arrested nearby in connection with the attack.

Police recovered a knife believed to have been used during the disturbance from the house.

Results of a postmortem examination on the dead man are yet to be released.
