Men on murder charge
Three people have been charged with murder after a body was discovered on a main road in Derbyshire.

Matthew Murray was found fatally injured on the A61 at Stretton near Clay Cross, Derbyshire.

The 39-year-old from Mickley, Derbyshire, was discovered dead at a bus stop on Wednesday night.

Richard Graham, 30, and Daniel Poole, 20, and Steven Poole, 36, all from Mickley, were charged with murder and appeared before Chesterfield Magistrates' Court.

All three men were remanded to appear before Nottingham Crown Court on 22 July.
