The firm plans to use animal waste to generate electricity

Planning officials in north Lincolnshire are recommending that a power station should be allowed to burn imported animal waste.
An initial proposal was rejected by local politicians earlier this year, but now the firm Fibrogen has resubmitted the application for its Glanford Power Station.
The plant at Flixborough already burns meat and bone meal from the UK.
But now Fibrogen wants to burn animal products that have been imported from across the European Union.
In February planning councillors rejected the idea and a public inquiry into the scheme is scheduled to begin in December.
New application
The company say the proposals were misunderstood and a new application has been submitted.
And planning officers are recommending the new application should be granted "unless there are sound and clear cut reasons to the contrary."
north Lincolnshire councillors will consider the new application within the next few days.
