Four people have been arrested in connection with the murder of a 75-year-old man run over by car thieves.
Henry Raybould died from shock and internal bleeding after being found on the forecourt of his garage at Gornalwood, near Dudley, West Midlands, on Thursday afternoon.
The 75-year-old and his 45-year-old son Paul had tried to stop a gang stealing a car from the family-run business in Louise Street.
Police are questioning a 24-year-old man from Dudley, two 16-year-old boys and a man in his early 20s.
The 24-year-old surrendered to police in Brierley Hill on Friday.
Police made further arrests on Saturday.
Mr Raybould's sons said on Friday they forgive the people responsible for their father's death.
Paul Raybould told a news conference his father was a "gentleman" who was well respected by everyone in the community.
Hand of forgiveness
"Our father Henry would always help anyone who was in trouble and he would always have time to talk to you," he said.
"His Christian faith was very important to him
and this had a great affect on the way in which he lived his life.
"The Christian faith is very important to myself also and my brother and we would like to extend a hand of forgiveness to the people who did this act.
"We would like to see them brought to justice through the correct legal ways of this country."
Thrown to ground
The thieves drove up on to the forecourt in a stolen Vauxhall Cavalier.
Two jumped out and ran over to a Volkswagen Bora on which Mr Raybould had just finished working.
As they tried to drive the car off Mr Raybould and his son tried to stop them.
The thieves reversed into Mr Raybould, throwing him to the ground.
His son Paul grabbed on to the car window and was dragged along.
