The cathedral project will cost £10m

Celebrations are being held on Monday morning to mark the completion of the shell of the new library and restaurant at Norwich Cathedral.
It is part of a £10m campaign to take the 900-year-old cathedral into the 21st Century.
Now the roof of the building is on, beer will be poured over it in the topping out ceremony.
It will be performed by the Dean of Norwich Stephen Platten and Chris Snowling from builders RG Carter.
Wheelchair access
The restaurant is on the site of the old refectory where the monks of the middle ages would have eaten.
Both it and the library extension will mean full access for wheelchair users and those with children.
It should be finished by the end of the year.
Phase two of the cathedral development - the £5m education and visitor centre - has not started yet.
