Iraq: Opposition in a corner?
American soldiers in Iraq
With no evidence of weapons yet, how will the INC defend the war?

In a Hardtalk interview on July 1 Tim Sebastian talks to Zaab Sethna, senior adviser to the Iraqi National Congress.

Two months after the war in Iraq the elusive weapons of mass destruction have yet to be found.

In both Washington and London, politicians are vehemently defending their reputations - shoring up the argument that they did have evidence that Iraq represented a threat beyond its own borders.

While in Britain the argument centres on whether or not the Prime Minister's press adviser exaggerated the arguments for war, in the US there is much more concern over where exactly the information came from.

It is well known that those close to the President were advised by the leader of the Iraqi National Congress.

Did the INC overplay the case for the existence of weapons of mass destruction?

And will they now participate in an Iraqi Political Council appointed by the US?
