Reformers may be trying to bring the country into the 21st century, but is the religious right hampering their efforts? Prince Abdullah bin Faisal bin Turki Al-Saud heads the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority. Tim Sebastian asks him when the promises of reform will become a reality.
