Residents on a housing estate near Bodmin have criticised South West Water for taking nearly two weeks to fix a broken sewage main.
People living in Lanhydrock View have had raw sewage flowing past their doors since the beginning of the month.
South West Water said they had been carrying out a study into the problem,.
They said it was standard procedure for people to have to wait until these studies had been carried out.
Jenny Blackhall said she had put in a number of Calls to South West water, all of which left her feeling frustrated.

Mr crouch says he thought something as serious are raw sewage running down the street would be dealt with quickly by South West Water.
Jenny Backhall says with the on sought of the warm weather South west water have stepped up there attempts to wash the problem away.
