AMP plans job cuts across the country
Up to 500 jobs could go at a insurance company in Cambridgeshire, a union has warned.

AMP Pearl in Peterborough is one of three sites in the UK where a total 900 jobs are being cut.

Officials at the Cambridgeshire branch of union Amicus thought losses could be up to 300.

But on Wednesday the union warned even more could go in the county.

David Fleming, from Amicus, said the union will push to keep cuts to an absolute minimum in Peterborough.
