Toilet death man named
Police have named a man who died after collapsing in a public toilet block in Hereford on Monday.

David Gunnery, 49, from Hereford, was found in the Union Street public toilets just after midday.

He was taken to Hereford County Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.

A 43-year-old man appeared in court on drugs charges following Mr Gunnery's death.

Richard Farmer, of no fixed abode, appeared before Hereford Magistrates' Court on Wednesday charged with supplying a controlled drug.

He pleaded not guilty and was remanded in custody to 9 July.
