Police name man found in canal

Police have identified a man whose body was found floating in a canal in Milton Keynes.

Gordon Lovell, 49, lived in Stanton Avenue, Bradfield.

Mr Lovell's body was recovered on Friday from the Grand Union Canal, in the New Bradwell area of the town.

A post-mortem examination is being carried out.

Anyone with information about Mr Lovell's death is asked to contact Thames Valley Police.
