Breakfast at Wimbledon 2003
Craig Doyle
Join Craig on from 0835 to 0915
During Wimbledon fortnight, Breakfast is bringing you specially extended coverage of the UK's top tennis tournament.

Each day, our guest presenter Craig Doyle will bring you a glimpse behind the scenes, as the players limber up for the day's action.

There's another chance to enter our competition to win a fabulous prize for anyone who likes tennis - a week's holiday at the Lawn Tennis Association's winter base La Manga in Spain.

  • On Tuesday's Breakfast from Wimbledon:

The tennis circuit can be a lonely place and many of the younger players really appreciate having their parents around to support them.

But where do you draw the line between being supportive and being too pushy?

And Craig will be looking at style and the Williams sisters. Since they burst onto the tennis scene, they've become modern icons.

They've broken race and class barriers in what's always been perceived of as an elitist sport.

And we'll be meeting Hamish the Hawk whose job it is to keep the pigeons off the courts.

  • Fitness plan

On day seven of our fitness plan, Kieron Vorster takes another look at circuit training but this time he's combines three basic exercises to create a mini work-out .

All the details for this are on a separate page, so that you can print it out as one ten-day course.

    Competition

From Monday, Breakfast's Wimbledon competition will be slightly different.

Each day, we'll ask you a question. If you get the answer right, you will be entered for the big prize draw, which will take place at the end of next week.

Who was the youngest ever player to win the Wimbledon Men's Singles title. Was it?

    A. Stefan Edberg
    B. Lleyton Hewitt
    C. Fred Perry
    D. Boris Becker

If you know the answer then call 08700 109 771. Lines are open until midday and calls should cost no more than a second class stamp.
