A physiotherpaist accused of rubbing a patient's breasts with baby oil, has told a court his client must be "disturbed".
Ivor Payne, 68, told London's Harrow Crown Court that he "would never do that".
The physiotherapist, from near Bournemouth, Dorset, denies indecent assault.
The 35-year-old patient, from London, claims that Mr Payne massaged her breasts during a home visit last October for "excrutiating" back pain.
'No sex'
The patient told the jury that during the appointment she felt "extrememly uncomfortable and embarrassed".
But Mr Payne said his client lay on her back while he rubbed oil into her neck and shoulder but nothing more.
He told detectives during the police inquiry that he had not had sex for 15 years because his wife had leukaemia and that, "you don't miss what you don't have".
He told the officers that during the appointment his patient had said: "How would you like me?" and that she offered to remove all her clothes.
'Friendly atmosphere'
He had told her it was not necessary, "but she took her bra off and slung it on the bed."
In court on Thursday, Mr Payne admitted that he sometimes told clients, "you look pretty good," but that it was to create a "nice friendly atmosphere".
"All of my clients, including her mother [the patient's], have been very satisfied," he said.
On Wednesday, the court heard how Mr Payne made various sexual comments during the treatment.
The client claimed Mr Payne, "pushed himself up against the table she was lying on, rubbing his genitals against the side."
The trial continues.
