Three charged in murder inquiry

Mr Lowe died from a blow to the back of the head.

Three men have been charged with the murder of a man from Telford.

Bernard Lowe, 48, was found unconscious with head injuries in Johnstone Close, Wrockwardine Wood, at 2105 BST on Thursday.

Mr Lowe, from Wrockwardine Wood, was taken to Princess Royal Hospital in Telford, but died later.

Three men, two aged 26 and one aged 21, are due to appear before Telford Magistrates on Thursday.

Two other people, who were arrested in connection with Mr Lowe's death, have been released from custody.

A post-mortem examination revealed Mr Lowe died from a blow to the back of the head.
