A Sea King helicopter helped in the rescue effort

A dramatic rescue was launched in Aberystwyth on Sunday after a woman became stranded 200ft up a cliff face.
The emergency services were altered to her plight shortly after 1400BST.
A coastguard rescue team climbed down to the woman who was secured with ropes before being helped to safety at Constitution Hill.
The local inshore lifeboat had stood at the foot of the cliffs while the rescue was carried out.
A Sea King helicopter was also called in to help with the effort and police officers and an ambulance crew were also at the scene.
The woman is believed to have got into difficulties while attempting to climb the cliff face.
