Man 'sent powder in post'
A computer programmer has been charged under anti-terror laws after allegedly sending a white powder in the post.

Francis Sung Kei Lee, 25, of Manor Road, Stanford-le-Hope, Essex, was charged on Tuesday under the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act.

He is accused of "sending a quantity of white powder to induce a belief that it was likely to be a noxious substance".

He is alleged to have sent the substance on or before 6 May this year.

Mr Lee was bailed to appear at Thames magistrates court on 15 July.
