An RAF recruit sexually assaulted and raped a 14-year-old girl after contacting her through an internet chat room, a court heard.
Although the youngster believed Peter Florey was 15-years-old, he was 18 when they decided to meet in August last year, Northampton Crown Court was told on Tuesday.
And instead of her plan of taking him to meet her parents, the serviceman took her to a secluded spot behind a school where he sexually assaulted her and attacked her, it was alleged.
Mr Florey, now 19, of Sisefield Road, Kings Norton, Birmingham, denies two separate counts of indecent assault and one of rape.

Lyn Tayton, prosecuting, told the jury the pair had begun corresponding months before the alleged attack, sending e-mail and text messages to each other.
The schoolgirl's mother and her partner knew she was using chat sites on her computer and made her promise that they would be present if she ever decided to meet anyone in person.
But she did not tell them she had arranged to see Mr Florey in Northampton town centre on 11 August and set off alone to meet him.
Miss Tayton said the girl realised he was older than she was led to believe and she was persuaded to go for a drive with him in his car.
They eventually ended up at the back of Kingsthorpe Upper School where he attacked her, Miss Tayton said.
The trial continues.
