A man has been remanded on bail charged with causing death by dangerous driving in Greater Manchester.
Richard Bourke, from Leigh, was arrested following a fatal road crash, in which a 20-year-old man died and another man was left in a critical condition.
Mr Bourke, 22, of Staves Avenue, Pennington, Leigh appeared before Bolton Magistrates' Court is due to appear at the crown court in the town on 5 July.
He has been charged with death by dangerous driving, obtaining services by deception and three further counts of dangerous driving.
The charges relate to a road accident on Bradshaw Road, Bolton, on 17 April.
A 38-year-old man is still being treated in hospital, following the incident.
