Bomb disposal experts have carried out a controlled explosion on a suspect package discovered in Greater Manchester.
Greater Manchester Police later confirmed the package - found in Salford on Saturday - was being treated as a "hoax".
More than 100 people were evacuated on Saturday after the package was discovered in Little Hulton.
Officers were alerted just after 0900 BST, following the discovered on Manchester Road East, just outside the Post Office building.
Roads re-opened
Up to 140 people were moved out of the building, and a 100-metre cordon was put in place.
Manchester Road East was closed, between Hilton and Smithfold lanes, along with all side roads within the cordon.
However, just before 1200 BST, the package was destroyed at the scene and the roads were re-opened just after 1230 BST.
A police spokesman later said: "The army bomb disposal unit carried out a controlled explosion and it has now been determined that the package was a hoax."
