Fire hits recycling plant
Guernsey fire
The cause of the fire is being investigated
Guernsey firefighters put out a blaze in Bulwer Avenue on Monday night.

They received the call to Guernsey Recycling at about 2015 on Monday.

Two fire tenders went to tackle the fire, which was put out and damped down by 2130.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.

Acting fire sub-officer Ramano Mellor, said containers and some lifting equipment were badly damaged.
