UN sanctions
Iraqi oil refinery
"Follow the money" - so the saying goes. Well, the US, UK and Spain published its proposals for how Iraq's wealth - i.e. its oil - should be spent. The plan was to lift all UN sanctions and to place the revenue from oil sales into a new fund. We asked who would control this fund, where that left the United Nations and would it be winner takes all?

Conservative bonding
Half full or half empty? That's one way of describing the current state of the Conservatives. They won the last local election campaign and are now the biggest political party in local government. However, their share of the vote was still disappointing and within the last few days they've lost both their new Chief Executive and another member of their shadow cabinet. Yhey met, in the jargon, to "bond" at a country hotel. We sent our reporter David Grossman along.
