A 21-year-old Norfolk man has been cleared of murdering a 37-year-old mother-of-two.
On Friday at Norwich Crown Court, Katherine Moore, prosecuting, said the Crown was offering no evidence against roofer Lee Alan Cook, of Longe Road, Old Catton.
Mr Cook, of Longe Road, at an earlier hearing had denied the charge of murdering former Eastern Daily Press newspaper journalist Lorraine Turner, of Desmond Drive, Old Catton.
She was found dead at her home on 17 August last year.
Ms Turner had a 10-year-old son and an eight-year-old daughter.
