Petrol bomb attack on shop
A shop in Kent was badly damaged early on Sunday morning in what police think was an arson attack using two petrol bombs.

Stock valued at £70,000 was destroyed in the fire at Beaver Hydroponics in Invicta Road in Dartford.

There was also extensive damage caused to the shop and office areas of the building.

Police and firefighters were called to the scene just before 0500 BST, and it is thought the fire started shortly before.

The premises had been unoccupied since 1700 BST on Saturday.

The shop specialises in equipment for hydroponics - a form of gardening involving growing plants in water enriched with oxygen and nutrients, rather than in soil.

Two seats of fire were found, which police think suggests two petrol bombs were used.

Kent Police are appealing for anyone who saw anything or anyone suspicious around the Invicta Road area on Saturday night or Sunday morning to contact them.
