The business partner of a murdered millionaire has asked the High Court to continue freezing the company assets.
Michael Parr has been managing CIBA Freight business in Southall, west London, since owner Amarjit Chohan disappeared on 16 February.
Mr Chohan's body was found washed up near Bournemouth pier in Dorset on 22 April - his family, from Hounslow, west London, are still missing.
CIBA Freight was set up by Mr Chohan seven years ago, employs 30 people and has an annual turnover of £4.5m.
Mr Parr's barrister, Alastair Panton, told BBC London: "The freezing injunction has been granted and is being continued today to make sure that the assets of the company and of the late Mr Chohan's estate are not dissipated."
The day he disappeared, Mr Chohan signed a power of attorney handing control of the company to two of his employees.
Later that week typed letters purporting to be from Mr Chohan were received saying he had decided to retire and live abroad.
But BBC London has learned he also signed a contract to sell the business to three men, including Ken Regan - one of three men police are now trying to trace in connection with the case.
