Youngsters give town facelift
Young people from Hereford are helping to give their community a facelift.

About 200 teenagers are spending the weekend picking up litter in the Hinton, Putson and Hunderton areas of the city.

The volunteers are also helping with tasks such as gardening and decorating as part of a project called "The Noise".

It was set up in an effort to get young people to take more pride in their communities.

Local residents say they are impressed by how hard the volunteers have been working.

The project is organised by the South Wye Regeneration Partnership.
