A man is in a critical condition after a fight at a petrol station in Sussex.
The 32-year-old man suffered a blood clot on his brain after the dispute at the Esso garage in Franklyn Road, Haywards Heath.
Police said the man was with his 35-year-old brother in a white Metro when they drove into the garage just after midnight on Saturday.
A verbal exchange took place in the garage shop between the 32-year-old man and one of two men from a van which was also parked at the garage.
Fluorescent tabard
The dispute continued out into the forecourt and turned into a fight which was broken up by the man's brother.
Eventually the men left and the two brothers went home but the 32-year-old was found by a neighbour collapsed outside his front door at 0130 BST.
The man was taken to hospital where he had an operation to remove the clot and is on a ventilator and described by police as in a critical condition.
Police have described the main offender as a large man who was wearing a yellow fluorescent tabard with a large diamond shaped logo on the back.
The second offender wore beige trousers, white trainers and a blue shirt.
They particularly want to speak to a woman with shoulder length hair who was at the garage at the time.
On Sunday police said they had arrested two men in connection with the incident.
