A man has been arrested inside Windsor Castle, police say.
The man was arrested at 2320 BST on Saturday at the castle where Prince William was celebrating his 21st birthday.
He is now being held at a Thames Valley police station.
Nobody was injured during the incident.
A thorough review into all the circumstances surrounding the incident is under way.
Prince William celebrated his birthday with an African-themed fancy dress party for 300 invited guests at the castle.
