Evan's euro adventure
Evan's Euro Adventure
Evan Davis assesses the risks
Evan's euro adventure was broadcast on BBC Two on Sunday 8 June, 2003 at 1915 BST.

On Monday we'll be told whether the government says we've passed the five tests that could trigger a referendum on joining the Euro.

But what do these tests really tell us and what do those using the Euro think of it?

The BBC's Economics Editor gets away from the politicians to hear from taxi-drivers to teachers, chefs to central bankers, to assess whether the single curency is working for them - and whether or not it will work for us.

Another chance to see Evan Davis' essential guide.

Presenter: Evan Davis
Producer: Sarah Manwaring White
Editor: Karen O'Connor
