Police have named a man who died as the result of injuries at his home in Norwich.

A Norfolk Police spokeswoman said on Tuesday that a post mortem had found that Paul Alan Massen, 30, of St Leonard's Road, had died as a result of a head injury.

She said that the scene remains cordoned off for continuing forensic examination.

Two people remain in custody in connection with the incident.

The ambulance service alerted Norfolk Police after they had been called to the house just after 1900 BST on Sunday.

Mr Massen was seriously injured and was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, but was found to be dead on arrival.

Police are appealing to anyone who saw anything suspicious in the St Leonard's Road area on Sunday to contact them.
