A man has been arrested following a stab attack in County Antrim in which two youths were injured.
The incident happened outside a primary school in Ballymena at about 0900 BST on Thursday.
The two youths aged 19 and 17 were taken to Antrim Area Hospital where the 19-year-old underwent emergency surgery.
The other youth is being treated for serious injuries.
A man in his late 20s was arrested on Thursday afternoon and is assisting police with their enquiries.
