Mr Glansford collapsed during the early hours of the morning
A 39-year-old man who died in a Sheffield nightclub has been named by police .

Norman Glansford, 39, from Abbeydale Road, in the city was in The Arches nightclub in Walker Street at 0445 BST on Saturday when he collapsed.

He was taken to the city's Northern General Hospital but died shortly after arriving.

South Yorkshire Police say there were several hundreds of people in the club at the time.

A post-mortem examination will be held on Tuesday, but police say his death is not being treated as suspicious.
