Market set to close

Market traders in Nottinghamshire are being told they have to move from a site where they have been trading from for over 25 years.

The land owners have decided not to renew the lease on Eastwood Market.

Wilcox and Stanton Markets Ltd say the business is not making enough money.

Traders have been given three weeks to move from the Hollies Car Park site.

The decision has angered customers and traders many of whom have been there since the market started.

The stall holders have to find an alternative site or close the market for good.
