A 16-year-old youth has been charged with the murder of a man who died after a fight at a petrol station in Greater Manchester.
James LaTouche, 45, from Pitfield Gardens, Wythenshawe, died in hospital after the incident last Friday.
Police were called to the Total Garage, in Chester Road in Stretford, at about 2245 BST and found Mr LaTouche collapsed on the forecourt.
He was taken to Trafford General Hospital, where he later died.
The 16-year-old from Stretford was due to appear before Trafford magistrates on Thursday.
