A Cornish country estate is up for sale for almost £4m.
The Rosteague Estate on the Roseland Peninsula covers almost 200 acres of land.
The estate was built during the Elizabethan era, and includes a house, ownership of a beach and a mile of coastline.
It also has outbuildings, gardens and its own private maze.
Large interest
The guide price is more than £3.5m and is expected to attract a considerable amount of interest.
The last time the estate was sold 58 years ago there was a scramble to secure the property.
The successful buyers raced down from London and made it by the narrowest of margins.
As they were leaving the house having secured the deal, another potential buyer - a woman wearing a fur coat and travelling in a white Rolls Royce - was just arriving in the driveway.
