Pregnant woman shocked by raid
Police are hunting two men who robbed a Nottingham post office, leaving a pregnant woman and the postmaster in shock.

The thieves entered the branch in St Albans Road at about 1200 BST on Thursday.

They then threatened a heavily pregnant customer and the postmaster with a knife and a baseball bat.

The two robbers then escaped with an undisclosed sum of money in a blue Vauxhall Astra with fake number plates.

It was later found damaged and abandoned on Logan Street in Bulwell in the city.

The two victims were not injured but were left distressed by their ordeal.

It is the second time the St Albans Road branch has been targeted in less than a year.
