A kiss at a baseball match could cost one American spectator 18 years in jail.
Fugitive David Horton was arrested after his parole officer saw him kissing his girlfriend in a live crowd shot displayed on the scoreboard at a Cincinnati Reds baseball game.

He was caught by the "Kiss
Cam" at an early May game at the Great American Ball Park - which was also attended by his parole officer.
The parole officer and a police officer arrested Mr Horton, 24, in his front-row seat.
"Talk about bad luck. It's the last kiss he's going to have for a little while," the accused's attorney, Richard Goldberg, told the Cincinnati Enquirer.
Mr Horton of Cincinnati was found guilty of felonious assault
in 1999 for stabbing two men.
Prison sentence
He was released after
serving two years of a four-year prison sentence.
Arrested again on 27 March, he was indicted for trafficking and possession of cocaine.
He was given bail after paying $1,000 but never returned for his 8 April court appointment. Nor did he contact his parole officer.
He is accused of
failing to appear in court on those charges. If convicted, he could face up to 18 years in prison.
He is due to appear in court on 9 June.
