A north Wales food handler has been given a formal caution following an investigation into an outbreak of salmonella at a hotel last year.
Eleven guests at a wedding reception held at the Celtic Royal Hotel in Caernarfon came down with food poisoning last September.
Tests on the guests at the time confirmed they were carrying the salmonella germ.
Gwynedd council launched an investigation into the outbreak, which concluded on Tuesday with the caution being given.
In a statement, the council said the outbreak highlighted the importance of using "Lion" branded eggs in food which is not cooked.
