Rebuilding Iraq: Ask the expert
The Iraqi National Congress' Ahmad Chalabi addresses a crowd of people in the city Nasiriya in southern Iraq
You put your questions to Sharif Ali Bin Al Hussein, the Iraqi National Congress chairman.

A US-brokered meeting to start shaping a future government of Iraq has taken place near Ur, one of the most ancient cities in the world.

Returned Iraqi exiles and representatives of Iraq's main ethnic groups agreed to meet again in 10 days, while the White House envoy Zalmay Khalilzad said the US has "absolutely no interest in ruling Iraq".

But one of the country's main Shia groups, the Iranian-based Supreme Council for the Islamic Revolution in Iraq (SCIRI), refused to attend the meeting in protest at the US role.

How can Iraq be rebuilt? Can consensus on the country's future be reached? Should the US and UK play a role?
