Police in Oxford are making an urgent appeal for information to help them trace a missing epileptic.

Peter Scott, 38, was last seen in the Royal Standard pub in Headington at just after 2130 BST on Monday.

His wife has said she is concerned as he has to take medication for his epilepsy every 12 hours.

Mrs Scott said: "We are so worried about him. Everyone who saw him yesterday said he was fine, but now he has gone missing.

"He has switched off his mobile phone and we can't find him.

"He needs to take his medication regularly and hasn't been feeling very happy lately about his illness.

"He doesn't drive, and my daughter has searched all night for him.

"He is her stepfather, but they are great friends and she works with him at Domino's. I just am so desperate for him to get in touch."

Mr Scott is described as medium height, with a heavy build and a goatee beard and a shaved head.

He was also said to be wearing a Domino's pizza uniform when he disappeared.

Anyone who may have seen him is being asked to contact Oxford Police.
