The protest in Oxford
Hundreds of protestors took to the streets
More than 1,000 demonstrators against the war in Iraq marched through the centre of Oxford on Saturday.

The protestors marched from Cowley into the city's High Street watched by nearly 100 police officers.

The march ended with a peaceful rally outside the Sheldonian Theatre.

A spokesman for Thames Valley Police said no arrests were made during the two-hour long demonstration.
