An 18-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Geoffrey Lyon in Hull.
Mr Lyon, 31, was found with serious head injuries in the city's Anlaby Road outside a nightclub and bingo hall during the early hours of Sunday 23 March.
He was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary but died at 1700 GMT the same day.
Police have now charged Mark Rickard of Harthill Drive in Hull with the murder of Mr Lyon.
He will appear before magistrates in Hull on Monday.
Three other people who have been questioned by police have been released on bail.
