Wife denies Christmas killing
Cardiff Crown Court
Mrs Webber appeared at Cardiff Crown Court
A south Wales woman has denied killing her husband on Christmas Day.

Mother-of-four Kathleen Webber, 40, of Tredillion Lodge, Abergavenny, is accused of murdering her 39-year-old husband Dean.

But she pleaded not guilty at Cardiff Crown Court during a five-minute hearing on Friday.

She was released on bail and her trial is due to begin at Newport Crown Court on 12 May.

Prosecuting, John Warren told the court it was a domestic matter concerning the stabbing of her husband.

Detectives were called to the house at 0300 GMT on Christmas Day, when they found Mr Webber stabbed to death and lying in a pool of blood.
