New development for waterfront

Millions of pounds have been invested on the waterfront

A new development on the waterfront at Ipswich is set to be unveiled.

Over the years millions of pounds has been invested in renovating the rundown docks.

On Thursday evening the latest phase in the redevelopment is being unveiled.

An invited audience in Ipswich will see computer generated images of Neptune Marina, a scale model of the new apartments and a colour brochure.

The developers, Redrow Eastern, will also be announcing how much it will cost to buy a home there.

It is thought the development will be ready for people to move in by early 2005.
