'Babyholic' prepares for 15th child
Baby generic
Mrs Povey says she adores newborns
A Wiltshire mother is preparing for the latest addition to her family - baby number 15.

Sue Povey, 43, and her husband Ian, 45, who already have 14 children, are expecting a baby girl later this month.

Mrs Povey, who lives with her family in a six bedroom house in Swindon, described herself as a "babyholic", saying that she "adored newborns".

She added that the latest addition to her family may not be the last as she would still love to have twins.

UK record

"We might try again some time. I don't know how I'll cope when I can't have any more," Mrs Povey said.

"Having lots of children actually makes it easier to manage a family.

"There is always someone to play with and everyone has got their jobs to do - the older children help out with the babysitting and holiday care.

"We still enjoy the good things in life."

The couple, who spend £200 a week on food, have 14 children ranging from the eldest, Rebecca, 22, down to the youngest, Emily, aged two.

The UK record for the most children is held by Margaret McNaught from Birmingham, born in 1923, who had 22 children.
