Timelord's story gets a Cornish twist
The Tardis is hidden in a holiday cottage in the novella
The country's best loved time lord, is about to turn up in a Cornish seaside village.
A brand new novella about the further adventures of Doctor Who has been written by an author from Cornwall. The action takes place in a village which bears a striking resemblance to St. Agnes. The book, called Rip Tide, is written by Louise Cooper, who lives in the village. The story finds the Doctor posing as a tourist in a coastal village with the tardis hidden in a holiday cottage. His mission is to find a lost alien, disguised as human and take it home. As well as the usual Doctor Who cast, the book contains a few characters from Cornwall's landscape, including the crew of the local lifeboat. The book is due to published at the end of February. |
