Be wise - be wealthier
Following the success of Cashing In, when Adam saved the people of Newcastle millions,
he's taking to the road again.
The BBC's Cashwise roadshow will be touring the country during February and March, giving advice on debt, budgeting and how to make the most of your money. You can catch Adam dispensing his wisdom when the roadshow pulls into Stoke on Thursday. He'll also be appearing in Glasgow, Blackburn and Cardiff. Paul Lewis, his colleague from Radio 4's Moneybox, will be on hand at the Norwich roadshow.
Adam says there are simple ways for everyone to start saving cash. "People are mad with their money," reckons Adam. "They trust lenders who charge too much and invest with banks that pay too little. "You can easily get 20 times more interest by just moving your money around," he says. "People have mortgages with lenders who aren't competitive and they don't make use of the tax breaks available to them. Magazine "But we can change all that and Cashwise will start that process." To accompany the roadshow, there's a free Cashwise personal finance magazine. You can get a copy by calling a special freephone number - 0800 022 022. Or pick one up from your local Citizens Advice Bureau. Here are the roadshow dates:
